Ultra-thin linear LED drivers are slim power supplies designed to hide inside aluminium channels, light boxes and shallow luminaire profiles where a standard brick driver will not fit. Towe builds three slim families — TC linear (12–100 W), TB fully-potted (36–200 W) and TZ light-box (60–200 W) — with profiles down to 15 mm and warranties up to 5 years.

What we do not do
Slim formats top out at 200 W — for higher power in a slim package the thermal budget does not close, and we will direct you to the standard brick series instead. TC linear drivers are indoor products; for outdoor or washdown locations use the IP67 range.
Technical questions
How slim are these drivers, really?
The TB fully-potted series is 15 mm high, the TC linear series 18.5 mm including mounting tabs, and the TZ light box series 18.7 mm. All three were designed so the driver slides into a standard aluminium channel after the LED strip is installed.
Why does the TB series use full potting while others are semi-potted?
Full potting seals the entire primary and secondary side in silicone, which is what allows a 5-year warranty in damp or dusty interiors such as malls and bathrooms. Semi-potting covers the high-voltage side and is enough for sealed indoor environments at lower cost.
Can one driver power both 12 V and 24 V strips?
The TC linear series accepts 110–265 V AC and outputs either 12 V or 24 V — 12 W to 60 W at 12 V and up to 100 W at 24 V. Contractors keep one housing type in stock for mixed strip voltages.
What happens if the driver is enclosed with no ventilation?
Slim series are designed for enclosed installation — thermal dissipation goes through the aluminium housing into the channel. Derate by 20% if the channel is fully sealed with no metal contact, and tell us the enclosure geometry so we can confirm the model selection.
