Constant Voltage LED Drivers 12V / 24V — 60W to 600W

Constant voltage LED drivers from 60 W to 600 W, 110–265 V AC input, 12 V / 24 V output. 5 million units field-proven, 2–5 year warranties, CE and RoHS.

Six slim constant voltage LED drivers from 60 W to 400 W with honeycomb ventilation and quick-connect terminals
TF series constant voltage drivers, 60–400 W, 12 V / 24 V output.
Short answer

Constant voltage LED drivers convert 110–265 V AC mains into a regulated 12 V or 24 V DC output for LED strips, linear lights and light boxes. Towe builds constant voltage drivers from 60 W to 600 W across six series, with over 5 million units field-proven, a production pass rate above 99% and warranties from 2 to 5 years depending on series.

Scope: what this product page covers

This page covers indoor constant voltage drivers for LED strip lighting, linear lights, cove lighting, light boxes and luminous characters. For installations in aluminium channels and shallow light boxes under 20 mm, see the ultra-thin linear drivers page; for outdoor and damp locations see the IP67 waterproof drivers page.

Materials

  • Pure copper wound transformers on TN and CB series
  • Aluminium alloy casings with honeycomb or louvered ventilation
  • Semi-potted silicone encapsulation on TR and TT series
  • Flame-retardant PCB across all series

Manufacturing process

  1. SMT and wave soldering Boards run through 3 automated production lines with automatic wave soldering for through-hole components.
  2. ICT in-circuit test Every board passes computerized ICT covering component placement, polarity and short circuits before assembly.
  3. 100% aging Finished units run full-load, high-temperature aging on 10 aging racks — no sampling, no exceptions.
  4. Semi-potting (selected series) TR, TT and semi-potted variants receive silicone encapsulation for moisture, dust and vibration resistance.
  5. Final QC Output voltage, ripple and protection functions are verified; production pass rate is held above 99%.

Constant Voltage LED Drivers in production

Typical applications

  • LED strip and cove lighting in retail and hospitality interiors
  • Linear lights and low-voltage recessed downlights
  • Advertising light boxes and channel letters
  • LED stair lights and luminous characters
  • Wholesale and engineering projects requiring mixed wattage fleets

Quality and documentation

  • Every unit is aged at full load and elevated temperature before packing — no sampling.
  • Field failure rate across shipped volume is 0.03% or lower.
  • Verified through the 5-million-unit TF fleet and 1-million-unit TN engineering fleet.

What we do not do

We manufacture LED drivers and power supplies only — not luminaires, LED modules or finished lamps. Standard dimming platforms are DIP-switch (TR series) and wireless MESH (TG series); triac, 0-10 V and DALI dimming are quoted case by case. Indoor drivers above 600 W are not offered — use the IP67 outdoor range up to 2000 W instead.

Technical questions

What is the difference between the TF, TN and CB constant voltage series?

TF is the volume series: 2-year warranty, 5 million units proven, lowest cost per watt. TN is the engineering series with pure copper cores and a 3-year warranty, verified on 1 million installed units. CB is the premium series with a 5-year warranty and true rated power to 600 W.

Should I choose 12 V or 24 V output for LED strips?

24 V halves the current for the same power, so voltage drop over long runs is roughly one quarter of a 12 V system — choose 24 V for runs above 5 m. The TT series outputs both 12 V and 24 V from the same housing, which removes the stocking decision entirely.

What is the minimum order quantity for OEM drivers?

Standard catalog models ship from 1 carton. OEM customization — gift boxes, laser silk-screen marking, custom housing colours and terminal options — is available for project, wholesale and OEM orders; contact sales with your specification for the MOQ and tooling cost.

How do you protect against unstable mains in export markets?

All series accept 110–265 V AC input (165–265 V above 200 W), so voltage sag and surge common in Gulf, Southeast Asian and Central Asian grids stay within the operating window. Every driver also carries short-circuit, overload, overvoltage and over-temperature protection.
