48V Magnetic Track Light Power Supplies — 100W to 300W

Dedicated 48 V power supplies for magnetic track lighting, 100–300 W, IP65, smart linkage optional. Stable full-load output, 3-year warranty.

Five 48 V magnetic track light power supplies in long slim black housings with integrated AC leads
Magnetic series: economy and engineering grades, 100–300 W, 48 V output.
Short answer

Magnetic track lighting runs on 48 V DC and needs a power supply matched to the track adaptor profile. Towe builds dedicated 48 V magnetic track drivers from 100 W to 300 W in slim housings with IP65 protection, stable flicker-free full-load output, and an optional smart version with full-scene platform compatibility and a 3-year warranty.

Scope: what this product page covers

This page covers 48 V power supplies for magnetic track systems in retail, gallery, showroom and residential interiors. The TG smart constant voltage series (24 V, 60–400 W) covers whole-house smart lighting; it is listed here because the platform logic is shared.

Materials

  • Optimized circuit layout with strong anti-interference design
  • Silicon solution for the smart series with low standby loss
  • IP65 sealed aluminium housing with molded cable entry
  • Multi-protection: short circuit, overload, overvoltage, over-temperature

Manufacturing process

  1. Track-matched output 48 V output and adaptor-compatible connectors are verified against mainstream magnetic track rails before a batch ships.
  2. Anti-interference layout The circuit is optimized so track spots stay flicker-free at full load with multiple heads on one rail.
  3. Smart pairing test Smart units are pair-tested with the MESH app and voice platforms before packing.
  4. 100% aging Full-load aging on every unit, 3-year warranty standard.

48V Magnetic Track Drivers in production

Typical applications

  • Retail stores and galleries running 48 V magnetic track spots
  • Showrooms and exhibition lighting with frequent re-aiming
  • Residential track systems with smart scene control
  • Whole-house smart lighting on the TG MESH platform

Quality and documentation

  • Verified flicker-free at full load with multi-head loading on a real rail.
  • IP65 seal keeps showfitting dust and humidity out of concealed installations.
  • 3-year warranty, 100% full-load aging on every unit.

What we do not do

We supply the 48 V power supply and smart control — not the track rails, adaptor heads or spot modules themselves. DALI and 0-10 V track control are not offered; smart control is MESH-based only.

Technical questions

What power rating do I need for a magnetic track run?

Add the wattage of every spot on the track and leave 20% headroom: a 6 m retail run with eight 12 W spots needs about 120 W, so the 200 W unit is the correct choice. The 300 W engineering grade covers long runs in showrooms.

What does the smart version add?

The smart 48 V units join a MESH 2.0 network with wide coverage, wiring-free extension and anti-interference hopping, and pair with Mi Home, Tmall Genie, Amazon Alexa and Siri — one voice command controls the whole room.

Can the driver sit concealed above the ceiling?

Yes. The IP65 sealed housing is designed for concealed installation above ceilings or inside joinery, where showfitting dust and humidity are the main hazards.

Do you supply the track rails too?

No — Towe is a power supply manufacturer. We verify compatibility with mainstream 48 V magnetic track systems and will tell you honestly if a rail specification will not work with our output profile.
